We value inclusivity and sustainability above all else. To reduce waste, all items are made to order and no ongoing inventory will be held for any style.
Every collection is drop based and will not necessarily be restocked. Once a style is gone, it is gone forever. Don't worry though, there will be a new drop every few months. To be notified, please subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage.
All orders are made to order. Units ship within two to three weeks once the order has been placed and confirmed. You will be notified on the progress of your order and sent a confirmation once it has shipped.
All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at your expense.
If you don’t love your item, you can return it for store credit within 14 days. Please allow one week processing time for any requested exchange.
The purchaser is responsible for the redelivery shipping fee.

Items must not be worn, washed or damaged. Any returns or exchanges must occur within 14 days of your package arriving. After 14 days we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
If we are able to facilitate your return, please allow one week for processing and reshipping.
If an item was shipped to you incorrectly, please notify us photo evidence and we will ship you a new unit immediately once it is availabe.
Standard domestic shipments typically take 4-5 business days to arrive. For international orders, 5-7 business days. Please note, shipping time lines may be delayed due to COVID-19.

Your credit card will be charged at the same time your order is placed.
Domestic orders are shipped via UPS and international orders are shipped via UPS Expedited or DHL.
All items in your order will be shipped in one package to reduce shipping costs and packaging waste.
Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible to update your address. To ensure that your item does not ship to the wrong address, we will need to be notified the same week your order is placed.

Yes. Customs and duties are at the sole responsibility of the purchaser, they are not included at checkout.
Our brand is 100% sourced and manufactured in Los Angeles using fair labor and wage practices. Our goal is to provide you with a high end quality product proudly made in the U.S.A. The new pricing reflects that.

We showcase a range of Mariette’s who represent different shapes and sizes. Choose the Mariette who most closely reflects your size to determine best fit.
We recommend hand washing and air drying all of your swimwear items to preserve the color and print.
All of our apparel is made to order in our factory in Los Angeles, CA.

Our site is open for limited basis, depending on the amount of volume we do in the first week of release. We will close the collection once we are sold out, and you can look forward to a new drop coming soon.
